Screen capture and recording software is used heavily in the custom content and eLearning development field as this software offers an inexpensive way to create rapid content including software demonstrations, sales presentations, and so on. The software captures any audio and visuals that are running through your computer. Many people will connect a microphone to their computer and capture their lecture and screen movements and post these videos online, within their LMS systems, and other locations. There are so many free and low cost solutions from which to choose. Following is a short list. Let us know if you see other software that should be added.
