If you have uninstalled an Adobe Creative Cloud application and are looking to re-install it, only to see that the Creative Cloud Application Manager thinks that the application is still installed and “up to date”, then there are several things you can try to resolve this issue.
- Download and run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
- Quit the Creative Cloud Application Manager by clicking the little sprocket icon in the top right and selecting “Quit”.
- Log back in to the Creative Cloud Application Manager.
The application you are trying to re-install should no longer show “up to date” and should now be located under the “Find New Apps” section of the CC App Manager software.
